This is a special edition of Zenith’s oversized Pilot watch that pays tribute to the Wright Brothers. It is presented in a 48 mm x 15.80 mm black matte PVD coated titanium case and is powered by caliber 693, a self-winding 4Hz GMT movement.

Large Arabic numerals — made entirely of Superluminova — mark the hours on the dial. The color of the lume, referred to as SLN Old Radium, looks almost like brown camouflage. Huge central hour and minute hands, treated with a lighter colored version of SLN Old Radium Superluminova, display the home time. A red central hand shows a second time zone. A subsidiary dial at 9 o’clock displays continuous seconds. The main time is adjusted via the oversized black DLC coated onion-shaped crown. The second time zone is controlled via the flat pusher between 9 and 10 o’clock on the case flank.

The caseback is solid with Zenith flying instruments logos and the Wright Brothers plane. 100 meters water-resistant. Vintage style military watch strap in a light brown nubuck with a steel pin buckle and black DLC coating. Limited to 1,903 pieces. (Ref. 96.2431.693/21.C740)
