Ahead of SIHH 2018, which begins next week, Swiss watch manufacture Romain Gauthier has announced their first ladies’ timepiece: the Insight Micro-Rotor Lady.

The Insight Micro-Rotor Lady comes in an 18K red gold case measuring 39.5mm x 12.9mm. Like the Micro-Rotor for men, this has off-center hours and minutes, central small seconds. The movement boasts an 80-hour power reserve, thanks to double mainspring barrels.

The hands are made of 18K red gold and the bidirectional micro-rotor is in 22K red gold set with approximately 45 brilliant, round VVS to VS diamonds of varying sizes (0.1 carat).

There are two versions: one featuring Tahitian black mother-of-pearl dial and the other featuring Australian extra white mother-of-pearl dial. Each is limited to 10 pieces. The retail price is approximately $83,000.
