NFL quarterback Patrick Mahomes wore an Omega Seamaster on August 2020 cover of GQ magazine.

We spoke with Omega this week and confirmed that the timepiece shown on the wrist of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and 2019 NFL Super Bowl Champion and MVP, Patrick Mahomes, was a selection by the GQ editorial staff. Omega loaned them the piece for the shoot and this was not a paid feature by Omega.

The Seamaster Aqua Terra 150M Co-Axial GMT 43 mm watch case and bracelet are crafted in solid 18K red gold and it comes with a silvery-white dial decorated with the Teak Concept pattern and gold hands and indices. The hours, minutes, seconds, second-time zone (displayed by red arrow-tipped 24-hour hand), and date are powered by Omega’s Co-Axial chronometer-certified caliber 8615.

A domed sapphire crystal protects the dial. All settings are controlled by the 18K screw-down crown. The movement side is sealed by a screwed caseback. Water-resistance is rated to 150 meters. Retail is $36,000.
