Two years after Kari Voutilainen introduced his first in-house movement, which powers the Vingt-8, he has produced a second manufacture caliber – the Vingt-8R. It is based on the original, with the addition of a power reserve indication. The new movement has 228 components, which is 70 more than the Vingt-8.

But the additional components do not just include the parts for the power reserve, there is also a new hacking function that allows you to stop the balance when the crown is pulled for a more accurate setting of the time. The mainplate and bridges are in German silver with a 4N gold plating treatment. Power reserve of 49-hours. Limited edition of 25 pieces.
