Casio recently announced the release of the limited edition G-Shock x Dragon Ball Z GA110JDB-1A4 timepiece.
Based on the Japanese anime series Dragon Ball Z, the watch features a bright reddish-orange colorway for the case and strap, with Dragon Ball illustrations and graphics, including scenes of training and growth for the main character, Son Goku.
Additionally, the “G-SHOCK” logo, and the dial — including the hour markers, analog hands, and inner chapter ring — are accented with gold coloring. Further, on the dial, a four-star ball motif is located at the 9 o’clock position, symbolizing the seven dragon balls, and the show’s “Z” motif at the 3 o’clock position. The Dragon Ball Z logo is engraved on the case back and featured on the special package.
The Dragon Ball Z GA110 is presented in a large 55.0 mm X 51.2 mm X 16.9 mm resin case and weighs 72 grams with the strap and comes equipped with standard G-Shock functionality and specifications such as high shock resistance, 200 meters of water resistance, magnetic resistance, auto LED/flash alert, world time (29 time zones/48 xities +UTC), 4 daily alarms & 1 snooze alarm, 1/1000th of a second stopwatch (100Hr) w/ speed indicator (Max 1998unit/H), countdown timer (24Hr), 12/24 Hr. formats, full auto-calendar (to 2099), and a mute function.
The G-Shock x Dragon Ball Z GA110JDB-1A4 limited edition retails for $250 and will be available for purchase starting August 22 and can be pre-ordered here.
