The Tribute to Fifty Fathoms No Radiations is Blancpain’s latest limited-edition diver’s watch.

Based on the vintage reference (pictured below) with the bright red and yellow “No Radiation” emblem at 6 o’clock, this watch is a relatively faithful re-issue. The older model is smaller, has a flatter case profile, and uses thin sword-shaped hands instead of the new pencil shape hands.

At 40.30 mm x 13.23 mm, and with a 20 mm interlug width, this 500-piece limited edition, the size will be attractive to a wide range of collectors. There’s a sapphire crystal on the dial side, a sapphire caseback, and a sapphire bezel insert. The bezel rotates unidirectionally and is fully illuminated. The crown is screw-locked and water-resistance is 300 meters.

Unlike the older reference, this modern Fifty Fathoms has a modern automatic movement, caliber 1151, with 28 jewels, 210 total components, and a 100-hour power reserve. (Ref. 5008D-1130-B64A)
