De Bethune, an independent watchmaker who has been part of the Only Watch charity auction since its inception in 2005, announces the DBS 2005/2015 as their unique contribution to this year’s sale.

The case is white gold, with a crown at 12 o’clock, and cone shaped lugs for the bottom of the case. The movement is fully exposed, showing off the exquisite hand finishing of caliber DB21115, including its in-house manufactured silicon and white gold balance wheel, and silicon escapement.

Hours are represented by blued titanium spheres set on the inner ring (with a red sphere at 6 o’clock), and minutes are marked by black graduations on the outer ring. Large blued skeleton hour and minute hands indicate the hours and minutes. At the bottom of the dial is an inscription that reads “PIECE UNIQUE.”

Only Watch takes place on November 7, 2015 in Geneva. It is being executed by Phillips Watches and includes 43 timepieces in all, with 100% of the proceeds going to fund research into Duchenne Muscular dystrophy.
