Originally launched in 1994, the Baume & Mercier Hampton collection has been updated for 2011. The new Hampton collection features the same key elements of the 1940s Baume & Mercier Museum piece. A curved sapphire crystal and a rectangle shaped case.

The collection features a wide assortment of styles. Available both in men’s and women’s. Powering the Hamptons are Swiss ETA calibers, in both automatic and quartz, as well as a manually wound La Joux-Perret caliber.

The collection is a perfect example of simple elegance. If you like the style of Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso, or the Vacheron Constantin Aronde 1954, then you may also want to take a look at the Hampton collection. Moreover, you can pick up one of these for far less than the Jaeger or Vacheron.
