Jazzmaster Maestro by HAMILTON

[ via Hamilton ]

Here is the Jazzmaster Maestro by Hamilton. This newer bigger version is 45 mm in diameter and 15 mm thick as opposed to the older model which is 44 mm and 13.5 mm respectively. They both use the same ETA 7750 movement and the the new 45 mm model is 50 m less water resistance than the smaller version. Overall the two versions are about the same. The smaller version costs $1295 and the bigger version costs $1345. Personally I would go bigger for only 50 bucks more.

Khaki Tachymiler by HAMILTON

[ via Watch Luxus ]

The new Khaki Tachymiler by Hamilton was designed for pilots who use fly manually. Since these skilled pilots frequently need to stop time, for instance to start a countdown to a landing slot in order to optimize the route of their holding time, an accurate chronograph is a must on board. Similarly, the Khaki Tachymiler has the facility to record intermediate time, which is vital to sport and racing pilots. This precision functionality is also valuable after landing to measure the time intervals deemed important by the wearer during daily routines on the ground.

The sporty chronograph has color-coded pushers on its left-hand side in red and black, plus a silver crown, to enable activation even when travelling at speed. An extra touch of dynamism comes from cut out style shaping with a tapered scale on one of the counters, plus the calculation data marked on the black bezel. An easy-to-read date display completes the ‘control panel’ of this racy timekeeper that subtly celebrates its long American aviation heritage by integrating miles as the unit of measurement for distance.

Khaki X-Wind by Hamilton

[ via Watchzworld ]

One of my friends recently told me to check out the Khaki X-Wind by Hamilton, and he was definitely right, this is a nice watch. This particular model has a 7750 automatic movement and a chrono function. I really like the look and the fact that the case is a whopping 44m and 15 mm high. The X-Wind retails for around thirteen hundred but you can find them for as low as $775 online. Thanks for the tip Glen!

Hamilton Ventura

I really like Hamilton wristwatches and they have some great models like their Khaki watches. I especially like the Khaki chrono that was made in Limited Edition for the movie S.W.A.T. Unfortunately I cannot say that I like this particular model, as the look is weird.

Here is a new Hamilton watch to celebrate the 50th anniversary of its Ventura model. The design is very similar to the world’s very first electric watch and is powered with by a quartz movement with the same case as the 1957 model. The case is made of stainless steel with a very original crown and apertures to reveal the movement. It has got sapphire crystal and is water resistant up to 30/ 50 meters. The black crocodile strap gives it modern look.
