J12 3125 by CHANEL & AUDEMARS PIGUET

[ via WatchQuote ]

Chanel partnered with Audemars Piguet to make this special edition J12 Calibre 3125. The watch has the Chanel label on it , but the movement was done by Audemars Piguet. It uses 18k yellow gold on a nice black ceramic finish. I really like when watch companies work together to produce even better products, however I am not sure this would be enough to sway me towards a Chanel watch.

Chanel J12 GMT

[ via The Watch Quote ]

The new Chanel J12 GMT with a black ceramic case has a nice 42 mm wide and 10 mm thick. Chanel claims that is unscratchable and stain-resistant. I have never had a problem with stains on any watch, but scratches are a different story. I do find it hard to believe that they made this ceramic material unscratchable and I would definitely have to see it to believe it.

Ultra-Limited CHANEL J12 Watch

[ via Luxist ]

To celebrate the opening of their new flagship store Chanel has created a one-of-a-kind J12 Tourbillon. This model has "Beverly Hills No. 1/1" inscribed on the caseback. The new store on Rodeo Drive is 14,700 sq ft. and is 4 stories tall. I am not really a big Chanel fan, but I am sure there are plenty of fans who can cough up the dough for this ultra-limited edition timepiece.

J12 Tourbillon Special Edition by CHANEL

[ via CHANEL ]

Here is a nice pic of the CHANEL J12 Tourbillon Special Edition that comes in white gold and either white or black high-tech ceramic. This is a nice looking watch with cool materials, but at only 38 mm this watch is too small for my taste.

J12 Tourbillon Haute Joaillerie by CHANEL

Here is the CHANEL J12 Tourbillon Haute Joaillerie. This unique piece presented this year seriously affirms Chanel’s double nature: the tourbillon stands out against the dial, constituted of two black ceramic plates with a thickness of 0.3 mm, and decorated with nine diamonds for indices. Surrounding the dial, 598 baguette-cut rubies are set in the bezel, the case, and the bracelet. It’s enough to make your head spin. Cool and very very expensive even for a tourbillon.
