Another sweet piece from the Only Watch 2007 Auction. This particular model was lot 30 of 35 and sold for $9,864. Rodolphe basically took one of their Instinct Basic Chronos, added a PVD coat and renamed it "Instinct Chrono 180° Only Watch". I figured it would have commanded more dough, but I guess not.

Check out this really cool Instinct Basic 4851 Chrono Ceramique by RODOLPHE. The case is made of black ceramic and the dial is made of black mother-of-pearl with hand painted numerals. The case is a massive 48 mm wide and 51 mm long.
The hands are brass with a steel galvanic treatment and a Luminova coating. The strap is made of black alligator skin with a black PVD buckle. Overall Rodolphe used a lot a special material and treatments to create a very appealing look.
