Here is the Lynx Dual Time by Ezteem of Sweden. The movements are ETA from Switzerland. The case is a decent 40 mm, but by todays standards I would expect a little bigger. It comes with two straps and a sapphire crystal for the dial and a mineral crystal on the back. This watch costs $499 and you can see more of their collection at Ezteem.
