RICHEMONT Acquires ROGER DUBUIS

The Richemont Group just acquired Manufacture Roger Dubuis. Richemont owns leading luxury brands: Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Vacheron Constantin, Officine Panerai, IWC, Baume & Mercier, Piaget, Jaeger-LeCoultre, A. Lange & Söhne, and Montblanc.
