The new Cartier Ballon Bleu watches range from $4,950 to $46,000, and there is even a limited edition version the sells for $950,000. The sapphire cabochon crown is what gives this watch its distinctive look and is where the name originated from.

Here is one for $6000. If you read the original post it says up to $46,000.
