MAZDA CHRONO What a Sinn
[ via Wristwatchreview ]
Here is a new Mazda Chrono that was designed and has a SINN movement. Mazda who is owned by Ford has contracted SINN to create a $2000 chonograph. Why would Mazda want to sell a $2000 wristwatch? They have a hard enough time creating and marketing vehicles, so what would make them think they could market a high-end wristwatch. Mazda please spare us with your watchmaking attempts and stick to what you are good at, selling Mazda 3s and making really cool rotary engine sports cars.

That is one expensive watch... I could buy a new Mazda AC Condenser with that price... By all means, who was the one could think about buying an expensive... Unless your an aristocrat...

Ouch. Made me smile, though.
And you are right. What on earth is Mazda doing dabbling in this field? Also, we have enough odd-looking watches from established watchmakers without having to deal with this sort of thing from Mazda as well.
