Jean Richard Bressel Flying Hands

[ via Le Journal De La Haute Horlogerie ]

The watch brand from La Chaux-de-Fonds is enriching its Bressel Flying Hands line with a new variation combining the radiance of elegant and luxurious styling with the subtleties of a finely-crafted proprietary movement.

Complex and mysterious by nature, the orchid is a symbol of grace and elegance that eloquently embodies passion. Tirelessly observed, studied and perpetually reinvented, it has fascinated people since the dawn of time. Transcending fashions, its rounded shapes, flamboyant colours and heady fragrance captivate the senses.

What finer flower could the JeanRichard designers have chosen to enrich their Bressel Flying Hands collection? Only the orchid could be so perfectly associated with the complexity and the finesse of this emblematic model from the watch brand with its reputation for fine craftsmanship.

The subtle and graceful shapes of the orchid blossom and unfurl on the shimmering dial of the new Bressel Flying Hands, exquisitely set with 14 diamonds (totalling 0.061 carats). In a rainbow burst of vibrant life, the various elements and shades meet and mingle to offer women a dynamic and refined reading of time.

The off-centred hour and seconds hands testify to the complexity of the movement developed and produced in the JeanRichard workshops. Equipped with self-winding Calibre JR1000, the Bressel Flying Hands is dedicated to women wishing to partake of the essence of traditional Swiss watchmaking traditions, and to feel the regular pulse of a mechanical movement beating steadily on their wrist.

The curvaceous ergonomic shapes of the Bressel case, also crafted by JeanRichard, are adorned in the gem-set version with 52 diamonds (totalling 1.841cts). The sparkling stones add a further touch of fairytale enchantment to this delightful jewellery-watch offering a blend of feminine aesthetics and cutting-edge horological technology.
